Australian speaker refuses to go - expenses scandal

Australia's parliamentary Bronwyn Bishop has admitted her helicopter
trip at the taxpayers expense was ridiculous and says she's sorry for
the expenses scandal and will pay the money back.
But she's refused to quit her role as Speaker.
