Rwanda's spy chief arrested in London on Spanish war crimes charges

Rwanda's intelligence chief has been arrested in London following a request from Spain where he is wanted to face war crimes charges. 

Karenzi Karake was detained at an hotel near Heathrow airport at the weekend and will appear in court later this week.  From London, Catherine Drew reports.
