Libya's elected parliament rejects UN proposal for unity government

A fourth attempt by the United Nations to find a political solution for the Libyan crisis has hit a wall.

Libya’s elected parliament on Tuesday rejected the latest U-N proposal for a unity government, and backed off from negotiations.
