An 11 am deadline has come and gone with no sign of a completed draft for a deal to save Greece from collapse.
The Eurozone finance ministers are resuming talks Thursday afternoon, poised to consider offering Athens a "take it or leave it" deal to receive financial aid in exchange for reforms.
