Dylann Roof charged on nine counts of murder

21-year-old Dylann Roof has been charged by police in the United
States on nine counts of murder and one weapons possession charge.

Roof who was caught after a 14-hour manhunt is alleged to have carried
out the shooting at a black church in Charleston in the hope the act
would start a race war in the United States.
