US Navy Sec announces diversity policies

The U.S. Navy is changing its policies to support families and women more and increase opportunities for all sailors.

This branch of the U.S. military is changing its physical requirements for all sailors to a single standard.

At the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, U.S. Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus announced more women will be recruited and promoted.
