Swiss police are investigating the decision by FIFA to award Russia and Qatar the rights to hold the next two World Cups in 2018 and 2022 respectively.
It comes following the arrest of 7 senior officials from the governing body for international football on suspicion of a 24 year long bribery racket of around 100 million dollars.
