Shell Gets Conditional U.S. Approval for Arctic Drilling

The U.S. government has conditionally approved a plan by Royal Dutch Shell to drill in the Arctic Ocean this summer. 

Environmentalists say a drilling accident in the treacherous waters of the Arctic could have devastating consequences.
