FIFA presidential candidate Prince Ali of Jordan has told the international footballing governing body's annual congress that he would take the full responsibility for FIFA if he is elected.
7 senior FIFA officials were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of fraud and bribery charges totaling 100 million dollars over a 24 year period.
Incumbent president Sepp Blatter is favorite to be reelected however and says he cannot be held responsible for the corruption scandal.
