CAMERON SETS OUT NEW RADICALISATION PLANS

British Prime Minister David Cameron is setting out new laws to tackle radicalisation, in response to the rise of the Islamic State and the flow of young Britons heading to join the group.

He's using the first meeting of the government's National Security Council since Britain's general election to set out proposals for the upcoming Parliament.

Simon Conway reports.
