CAMERON FINALISES CONSERVATIVE CABINET

British Prime Minister David Cameron is putting the finishing touches to his first entirely-Conservative cabinet.

Mr Cameron won an unexpected Parliamentary majority in Thursday's general election.

He says he's already spoken to European leaders about reforming Britain's relationship with the EU ahead of a promised referendum on UK membership.

Meanwhile, the opposition Labour Party is searching for a new leader after Ed Miliband quit the post following a dismal election performance.

The Prime Minister has promised to move quickly to replace the Human Rights Act with a British bill of rights - so that the European Court of Human Rights is no longer binding over the UK's Supreme Court.
