German Chancellor Angela Merkel has promised to work with the UK on reform of the EU, and won't rule out treaty change.
She's been hosting UK Prime Minister David Cameron on the latest leg of his shuttle-diplomacy tour of Europe pressing his case for change at the EU.
He is campaigning for reforms ahead of a referendum on Britain's membership of the bloc by 2017.
The UK faces opposition from many EU states over its calls to shake-up benefits for migrants.
But speaking in Berlin alongside Ms Merkel, Mr Cameron said he believed he could achieve his goal.
