"No new taxes" promises Cameron in future Tory government

With just over a week left to go before the UK general election, political parties are continuing frenetic campaigning.   

Prime Minister David Cameron has promised a new Conservative government will introduce a law guaranteeing no rises in key taxes for the next five years. 

However the main opposition Labour party have dismissed this pledge as a gimmick.  From London, Catherine Drew reports.
