Hillary Clinton is calling for every police officer in America to be equipped with a body camera.
Speaking on the Presidential campaign trail after the latest violence in Baltimore, she said America is jailing too many young, black people, and giving too much militarized equipment to the police.

Hillary Clinton seized on the opportunity presented by the violence in Baltimore to advocate for a shakeup in American law enforcement.
Body cameras on every police officer in every town…part of a series of proposals she says can effect real change.
And she seemed to fault President Obama for providing militarized equipment to police…saying the money should instead be spent on training.
