Greece's negotiators in Brussels for rescue talks as Moody's downgrades bonds rating

A Greek team of negotiators is in Brussels for further talks with international creditors to strike a rescue deal before the country runs out of cash. 

Meanwhile rating agency Moody's downgraded Greece's government bond rating, citing high uncertainty that an agreement will be reached in time.
