Britain's traditional third party, the Liberal Democrats, have launched their general election manifesto with a pledge to spend additional money on England's education budget.
Leader Nick Clegg warned no party would win an outright victory so voters would have to chose between the Lib Dems, the Scottish National Party and the right wing UKIP party on who holds the balance of power. Catherine Drew reports from London.
