U.S. State Department says Hillary Clinton did not break email rules

The State Department says that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not break any rules by using a personal email address during her tenure.
Clinton, who is widely expected to run for president in 2016, never used an official government email address during her time there.
State Department Spokeswoman Marie Harf said the former Secretary had turned over her emails from the time but dodged questions about how it could be proved that she had shared all her correspondence:

State Department Spokeswoman Marie Harf says the Department had much of the content already as most of her emails were to government accounts.
