U.S. Justice Dep’t investigation uncovers racial bias by Ferguson police

A Justice Department investigation has found that police in Ferguson, Missouri have exhibited a pattern of racial bias.

The probe was prompted by the shooting of black teen Michael Brown last August.

Brown's death sparked months of protests and a national debate over police treatment of minorities.
