Retail sales in the United States fell 0.6% in February falling way
short of Wall Street estimates.
It's the third straight month of declines with analysts largely
blaming oil prices and the harsh winter weather.
And with consumer spending accounting for about 2/3rds of the U.S.
economy- it's a piece of data investors watch out for closely.
