One of the most outspoken rivals of Russian President Vladimir Putin is blaming the Kremlin leader for the murder of opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.
Gary Kasparov told America's NBC television that Mr. Nemtsov was assassinated in a bid to silence President Putin's other opponents.

Mr. Nemtsov's murder is expected to be on the agenda when US Secretary of State John Kerry holds pre-arranged talked with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Geneva on Monday.
