Kerry Heads to Switzerland for Talks on Iran and Ukraine

US Secretary of State John Kerry is heading to Switzerland for discussions with his Russian counterpart, and is also set to resume nuclear talks with Iran's foreign minister.

The State Department says Mr. Kerry will also speak to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.
