Hillary Clinton may have broken rules by not using State Department email address

Hillary Clinton possibly broke federal rules by only using a personal email address during her tenure as United States Secretary of State, according to a report in the New York Times newspaper.

It suggests that Clinton, who is widely expected to run for president in 2016, never used a State Department email address during her time there.
