Ed Miliband admits mistakes, says he's still best man for PM job

Leader of Britain's opposition Labour Party, Ed Miliband says he's the right man for the job of Prime Minister, when the country goes to the polls in early May. 

In one of a series of televised town-hall style meetings, Ed Miliband also said the previous Labour government had been wrong in the way it regulated banks and apologized. Earlier Prime Minister and Conservative leader David Cameron faced the cameras. 

Ed Miliband took the leadership contest from his brother David  after the Conservatives formed a coalition government with the Liberal Democrats following the 2010 election.
