The White House has accused the former Mayor of New York, Rudy Giuliani, of "thoroughly" tarnishing his legacy after claiming that President Obama has "no love" for America or its people.
Mr. Giuliani, a former challenger for the Republican Party's Presidential nomination is defending his comments.
