US Department of Homeland Security Faces Possible Shut Down

US President Barack Obama and the Republican party are on a collision course over funding of the Department of Homeland Security.

The deadline for lawmakers to vote through spending on the department looms this week, but once again there's deadlock between the White House and Capitol Hill.
