UK MPs VOTE IN FAVOUR OF 'THREE PARENT BABIES'

British MPs have voted in favour of allowing the creation of babies using DNA from three people.

If the measure moves ahead to become legislation, the UK would be the first country to allow such a technique to be used to prevent fatal genetic diseases.
