UK MP quits but insists he's done "nothing wrong"

Former UK Foreign Secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind insists he has done "nothing wrong" after he announced he is to quit as an MP over a "cash-for-access" scandal…

Sir Malcolm also resigned as chair of the Parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee, after he was secretly recorded appearing to offer his services to a private company for money.  

He denies doing anything wrong - and says he has stood down to protect the work of the Committee…

Another former Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, was also caught on camera during the sting by the Telegraph newspaper and Channel 4 - he also denies any wrongdoing.
