The Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) confirmed Tuesday that it's under
investigation for potentially helping some Americans evade taxes. US
Regulators are looking into whether UBS sold "bearer bonds" to
American clients, which are banned in the US. The bank released the
information in its fourth-quarter report.
