A jury in New York has convicted the head of the Silk Road website of running a criminal enterprise that trafficked in drugs and generated illicit revenues of more than two hundred million dollars.
Ross Ulbricht faces a possible life sentence after a trial that is being seen as a watershed in the reach that prosecutors have over the internet.
