Proof is in pudding of Ukraine ceasefire - US

The U.S. is welcoming the news of the ceasefire for Ukraine, but U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is warning, actions are what matters now.

For Washington, it is particularly important that all heavy weapons by withdrawn and the ceasefire be fully implemented.

U.S. State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki says, they want to see more than ink on paper.
