Policy split in US over arming Ukraine

A big policy debate is underway in Washington over whether the United States should arm the Ukrainian government, as fighting 

with pro-Russian separatists continues.

President Obama has been reluctant to get too involved in Ukraine, but pressure is increasing for some kind of military support 

following the collapse of ceasefire talks.
