Obama tells Congress there'll be no protracted war against IS

U.S. President Barack Obama has ruled out the possibility of a full-scale war against the Islamic State, but has asked Congress to approve a three-year military campaign in Iraq and Syria.

The president insists he won't let America be dragged back into a ground war, as Nina-Maria Potts reports:
