NYPD officer surrenders over killing of black man

New York Police officer Peter Liang has turned himself in following a
grand jury decision to prosecute him for the killing of an unarmed
black man.

It comes after two other grand juries decided not to prosecute white
officers for shooting black civilians, sparking riots nationwide.
