MP quits over "cash-for-access" scandal

A former British Foreign Secretary has quit as an MP amid a new "cash-for-access" scandal…

Sir Malcolm Rifkind is also standing down as chair of Parliament's Intelligence and Security Committee, after he was secretly recorded appearing to offer his services to a private company for money.
