Large scale human trials to fight ebola kick off in Liberia

INTRO:  A large-scale human trial to find a vaccine against the ebola virus has kicked off in Monrovia, the capital of Liberia. The epidemic has claimed more than 8800 lives in primarily 3 West African countries over the past year. More than 27 thousand volunteers are expected to participate in the trials over the next few months. Gary Alfonso reports ...
