United States Secretary of State, John Kerry has opened the final day of the White House Summit on Countering Violent Extremism saying that military force alone is not enough to defeat terrorism.
The conference, convened by President Obama, has taken on a fresh significance in the wake of the recent shootings in Paris and Denmark.
