Kerry leads second day of Iran talks in Geneva amid mounting criticism

Top-level nuclear talks between the U.S. and Iran have resumed in Geneva- amid mounting criticism of the Obama administration's tactics.

An initial deal is meant to be hammered out by a March 31st deadline, with negotiators from both sides- including US Secretary of State John Kerry- trying to reconcile the gulf between them.
