The European Commission has confirmed it's received Greece's letter of reform proposals on time, ahead of a eurozone teleconference to discuss an extension to the Greek bailout.
The reforms under the deal reportedly include measures to combat tax fraud and petrol smuggling, but must first be approved by the finance ministers and parliaments of creditor nations.
