Fighting continues around east Ukrainian town despite ceasefire

Observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe are trying to reach the eastern Ukrainian held town of Debaltseve.

Russian backed militants prevented them from monitoring the new ceasefire in the area on Sunday, while claiming that the agreement doesn't apply to the town.

Tom Barton reports.
