Egypt calls for UN resolution to fight IS in Libya

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi is asking for a United Nations
resolution which would allow international forces to take on Islamic
State militants in Libya.

It comes after IS released a video showing the beheading of 21
Egyptian Christians taken captive in Libya.
