Facing allegations of sexual harassment, the top official of the UN's
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has stepped down.
IPCC chairman Rajendra Pachauri, who is under police investigation,
said that under the circumstances, he could not provide the strong
leadership or dedication needed for the role.
