Venezuelan president, Nicolas Maduro, has begun a tour in which he plans to seek economic aid from China and various Opec members, as Venezuela reels from falling oil prices.
During his trip, Mr. Maduro will participate in the summit between China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, known as CELAC, on January 8th and 9th.
