Rapist and murderer granted permission to undergo euthanasia in Belgium

Belgian authorities have granted permission for a convicted rapist and murderer to undergo euthanasia.

Frank van der Bleeken has been requesting to be put to death, rather than spend his life behind bars, since 2011.
