Former Ugandan rebel commanded Dominic Ongwen is due to appear at the International Criminal Court at The Hague on war crimes charges.
He was a top leader in the Lord's Resistance Army which has been accused of seizing children in the region to use as fighters and sex slaves.
Dominic Ongwen gave himself up last month in the Central African Republic - where the LRA leadership is being hunted by African and US troops.
Jack Parrock reports from the Hague.
