U.S. President Barack Obama will not be meeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu next month in Washington when he addresses a joint session of Congress- that's the word from the White House which has accused Republicans on Capitol Hill of breaching protocol.
Speaker of the House John Boehner invited the Israeli Prime Minister to Washington on February 11th without consulting the White House, in a move setting up a showdown over U.S. sanctions on Iran.
