NATO is calling on Russia to end its support for separatist rebels in neighboring Ukraine, amidst an upsurge in fighting there.
The demand follows an extraordinary meeting of the body tasked with developing the relationship between the alliance and Ukraine.
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg condemned indiscriminate attacks on civilians, in light of the deaths of 30 people in residential areas of the city of Mariupul.
