The post-mortem of poisoned former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko was one of the 'most dangerous' the western world has ever seen, a public inquiry has been told.
The pathologist who carried it out has been giving evidence at the inquiry into the death of the spy-turned-Kremlin critic in London in 2006.
