Inquiry opens into death of former Russian spy poisoned in London

A public inquiry into the death of former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko opens in London on Tuesday.

The 43 year old died from radiation poisoning from a rare isotope given to him in a cup of tea - and his family believe he was killed on the orders of the Kremlin.
