Historic talks are set to take place this week [Wednesday] between US and Cuban officials in Havana.
US Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs, Roberta Jacobson, will hold two days of discussions on a wide-range of issues.
The meetings are the first major step towards President Obama's goal of normalizing relations between the two countries, announced in December.
