Google battles Max Mosley lawsuit over sex party pictures

Google is seeking to block a lawsuit brought against it by British former Formula One motor racing chief Max Mosley.

Mosley accuses Google of breaching his right to privacy by allowing users to access photos of him taking part in a sex party.
